About

I build systems that remove work.

I’m Nate. By day, I build the GTM systems behind acquisition-led growth: the playbooks, tooling, and infrastructure that help a company grow through M&A instead of grinding it out organically. I’ve done it at three companies so far. GTM Lab is an independent side project, built on my own time with fictional demo data, that explores what a GTM Engineer as a Service could look like.

The rest of this site is the same kind of thinking pointed at other things. DAE is an AI back office for trades businesses. Alan is the same idea applied to my own life instead of a company.

Everything I build comes from the same place. Don’t build a better dashboard. Build the thing that makes the dashboard unnecessary. And if something needs to exist and doesn’t yet, build it instead of talking about it. This site is me doing exactly that.

How I think about building

AI-native, not AI-added

Everything here is built for AI to run from day one. It's not a human workflow with a chatbot added on later.

Remove the drag, not the judgment

The goal is never a better dashboard. It's taking the repetitive, forgettable work off someone's plate so they can do what they're actually good at.

Show, don't tell

If something needs to exist and doesn't yet, build it. Don't just talk about it. Anywhere I could show you something instead of describing it, I built it so you can click through and use it.
