How I think about building
AI-native, not AI-added
Every system here is designed for AI to operate it from day one — not a human workflow with a chatbot bolted on afterward.
Remove the drag, not the judgment
The goal is never a better dashboard. It's pulling the repetitive, forgettable work off a person's plate so they're not dragged down by it — freeing them to do what they're actually good at.
Show, don't tell
If something's needed and doesn't exist yet, build it — don't talk about it. Wherever a claim could be demonstrated instead of just written, it's built as something you can actually click through and use.
